A paper should be submitted before 31st March 2023 based on any of the areas in the tracks listed in the Call for Papers section on the website.
Please be informed that we use a conference management system in sorting and receiving your papers.
All submissions should be in English and contain original research results. All accepted and registered papers of ICAAMGS 2023 will be published in one of the following Scopus-indexed publications.
- Proceedings
- Book Chapter
- Journals
Note: The scientific committee will decide the publication types based on the quality, and comments from reviewers and journal editors.
Please download the journal template given to prepare your manuscript.
1. Prepare your paper in MS Word and then convert to PDF format for submission
2. All papers should be between 6-10 pages
3. Must be written in strict accordance with the format
4. All papers should be written in English
5. Make sure your manuscript file will have a filename “Track code_Paper title.pdf”
For instance, if the paper is under Track Aerospace and the title of the paper is Aerospace Reliability, then the file name should be as follows:
AS_aerospacereliability.pdf
*Track code is as bellow:

6. Submit your paper to the link given below before 31st March 2023.
