Presenter Guidelines

Guidelines for Oral/Physical Presentation

Kindly note that registered authors are required to plan their presentation by referring to the additional rules as follows: 

  1. The maximum duration of each presentation is 15 minutes.
  2. Presentation duration: 5 minutes (7 minutes maximum) + 5-minute Q&A.
  3. Slide presentation should be clear and legible (with 16:9 aspect ratio).
  4. All information: Title, authors’ name, affiliation and paper ID should be written on the first page of  slide presentation.
  5. Presenters are encouraged to arrive in the assigned breakout room before the session starts, to introduce yourself to the session chair.
  6. Slide presentation should be emailed to the secretariat latest by 12th June 2023.
  7. All slide presentations must be uploaded prior to the session.
  8. Please name the to-be-submitted slide presentation slide in the following format Paper ID_FullName.

Example: 

Paper ID = 56
Presenter full name = Abdul Razak

File name = 56_AbdulRazak.ppt 

Guidelines for Pre-Recorded Video Presentation

Kindly note that registered authors are required to record their presentation videos by referring to the additional rules as follows: 

  1. The duration of the video should be 5 to 10 minutes only.
  2. Ensure your video resolution is in high definition (720p) with 30 FPS minimum. Do not use high bandwidth applications.
  3. The recorded video presentation should be clear and legible (with 16:9 aspect ratio) and save the video as an mp4 file.
  4. The video will record you as you present your slides with your face in the video in a smaller image. 
  5. All information: Title, authors’ name, affiliation and paper ID should be written on the first page of  slide presentation.
  6. Only one video must be uploaded for each paper. Please name the to-be-submitted video file in the following format Paper ID_FullName.

Example : 

Paper ID = 56
Presenter full name = Abdul Razak

Video file name = 56_AbdulRazak.mp4
